I've tried out "Joytester 2" - which appears quite popular - and this shows my X and Y as being 65535, 32767 or 0. The driver/Windows software shows that the variance is definitely there and shows partial movements. After some investigation, it appears a slight touch on my joystick for pitch or roll is resulting in the same as me pulling the joystick to full length It's either at 0% or 100% at any time. Got it from a friend who it was working perfectly for, he just wanted the pro model.Īfter installing drivers and setting up, I found it significantly more difficult to control than my previous Thrustmaster T-Flight.
If the console window is clicked it will pause itself because it is waiting for input so, for it to continue functioning, hit the Esc key.I've recently upgraded to the X52. So if you do change any of the locations of those files, just delete the EDX52Settings.txt file that is created in this applications folder and the information will just need to be entered again.
The reason I state 'permanent' is due to how this application finds and reads various files. Creating a separate folder and putting this app in it would be a good idea and also make for easy deletion if needed. Also unzip and put in a 'permanent' location.
